Terms of Service
1. The service
Lugpro Hotspot is software that lets your business sell WiFi access on your MikroTik hotspots with vouchers and mobile money, and manage routers, packages, customers and payments.
2. Free trial
A new business gets a 7-day free trial. No payment or plan selection is needed to start.
3. Subscription
After the trial the subscription is TZS 10,000 every 30 days, on a fixed schedule. Without payment the service stops at once (there is no grace period) and the unpaid amount keeps accruing until it is paid.
4. Collecting your customers' payments
Option A: Lugpro collects your customers' payments through its own account, keeps 3% of each sale and pays the rest to your mobile money number. Option B: payments go straight into your own Snippe account and no commission is charged. You can switch in Settings → Payment configuration.
5. Your responsibilities
Give correct details, keep your password secret, use the service lawfully, and look after your own routers, internet connection and customers. You are responsible for the prices you set and for what your customers do on your network.
6. Suspension and closing
Lugpro may suspend a business that has not paid or that misuses the service. You can stop using the service at any time; amounts already due remain payable.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. Important changes are announced in the admin panel or by SMS/e-mail before they apply.
