Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Your account: full name, business name, e-mail address, phone number, the optional wakala referral code, and a hash of your password (never the password itself). Your customers, on your behalf: phone numbers, device (MAC) addresses, vouchers, sessions and payments. Technical records such as IP addresses and sign-in times, for security.
2. Why we use it
To run the service: verification and password-reset codes, subscription reminders and receipts, payments and payouts, support, and to protect accounts against misuse.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: the payment provider (Snippe) and the SMS provider. We do not sell personal data.
4. Security and retention
Passwords are hashed and payment keys are encrypted. We keep data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as the law or unresolved payments require.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact Lugpro through the details in your admin panel.
